Ingredients

  • 1

    12-ounce bag fresh spinach

  • 1/2

    cup oil

  • 1/4

    cup vinegar

  • 1/4

    cup lemon juice

  • 2

    tablespoons sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon oregano

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1

    small can Mandarin oranges

  • 1/2

    cup of slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

Wash spinach. Combine all salad dressing ingredients. Toast almonds in the oven. Pour dressing on the spinach. Sprinkle Mandarin oranges and almonds on top.
