  • 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 3 tbl. minced onions
  • 1/4 c. sweet vermouth
  • 3 tbl. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbl. chopped fresh parsley (can omit this)



Step 1

Wash mushrooms remove stems and chop. Put mushrooms in buttered baking dish. Saute onions and mushroom stems in butter. Add vermouth and cook till alcohol is gone. Add chesses and other ingredients. Remove from heat. Fill mushroom caps. Bake at 375. for 20min. or till done
