ORNAMENTAL FROSTING

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/4 t. cream of tarter
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • ●Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and 2 T. sugar and beat for 3 minutes. Add more sugar and continue beating whites; repeat steps until all of the sugar is incorporated.
  • ●Add vanilla. Beat mixture until a knife makes a clear cut in frosting.
