Hamburger Noodle Casserole

Like a stroganoff

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 c. cooked egg noodles
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1 T. dried onion (or 1/2 medium chopped)
• salt & pepper
• Can cream of mushroom soup
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1 sleeve Saltines, crushed
• 1 stick melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions. Brown hamburger with onion and seasonings. Mix everything and top with crackers that were mixed with the margarine.
Bake in a greased pan at 350 for about 45 minutes.
