Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced beets
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cup potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 4 cups tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1-2 quarts beef broth
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • pepper
  • garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions, potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Add all ingred. together and simmer until cooked.

* To add sour cream, put in a cup and add broth to fill, mix slowly. Then add this slowly back to the soup and stir
