Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp green bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp pimento
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp worcestershire
  • dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix shredded cheese and cream cheese well. Add all ingredients, except pecans, and mix well. Let chill in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator and make a round ball; well packed. Roll in pecans and refrigerate or freeze.
