Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 (6oz) center-cut salmon filets, skinned and boned
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Boil vinegar and next 3 ingredients in a small sauce pan. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes, or until thickened and set aside.
3. Arrange salmon on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil on both sides of filet and season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake 10 minutes or until salmon os cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Cool 10 minutes
6. Drizzle salmon with glaze and serve immediately
