- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tblsp cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tblsp oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 3/4 cups hot water

Step 1
Mix flour,sugar,2 Tblsp cocoa,baking powder,salt. Stir in milk and oil. Put in pan. Mix together brown sugar and cocoa. Spread over cake. Pour the hot water over the batter.
