Ingredients
- 1 25oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 3-4 boneless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of spaghetti noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour in jar of spaghetti sauce.
In a bowl whisk egg and milk together.(add in salt & pepper)
In another bowl mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, oregano and basil.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then bread crumbs and brown in frying pan.
After browning is down put chicken into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
About 10-15 minutes before serving sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
