Ingredients

  • 1 1/2

    ounces light rum

  • 1/2

    ounce Honey Syrup, recipe follows

  • 1/2

    ounce lime juice

  • 4

    ounces Champagne

  • Lime wheel, for garnish

  • Honey Syrup:

  • 1/2

    cup honey

  • 1/4

    cup warm water

Directions

Shake the rum, Honey Syrup and lime juice together with ice and strain into a Champagne coupe. Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lime wheel. Honey Syrup: Mix the honey and water together in a small bowl. Let cool.
