  • 1 lg butternut squash
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 lg onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil



Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. cut butternut squash in 1" cubes
3. combine all ingredients in a bowl to mix
4. roast for 45 minutes on a pan covered in aluminum foil
