Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbs. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 Cups Pecans, chopped
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp, Vanilla

Step 1

Mix together the first three ingredients until the dough rolls up onto the beaters and is sticky. Make 24 individual balls (the size of a walnut) and press into miniature muffin tins. Dip fingers in a little flour to keep the dough from sticking. Mix together the filling ingredients and put into dough cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
