Ingredients
- 12 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
- 4 eggs, large
- 4 egg yolks, large
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or on the stovetop, being careful not to let them separate.
In large bowl add the chocolate and butter mixture, Splenda, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla and cocoa, stirring until well blended.
Spray a 9x13-inch pan with vegetable spray and dust with cocoa. Pour batter into the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
