  • 1/2 C margarine
  • 1/4 C minced nuts
  • Put in 9x13 pan
  • 2 nd Layer
  • 8 oz chream chz
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 1 C coolwhip
  • 3 rd Layer
  • Cook 2 boxes choc pudding with 2 1/2 C milk.
