• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 cup (125g pkg) cream cheese
• 1/2 cup salsa
• 3 cups cooked turkey/chicken
• 1 1/2 cups grated old cheddar
• 1 1/2 cups monterey jack
• 1/4 cup black olives
• 19 oz stewed tomatoes (mexistyle)
• 8 - 6 inch tortillas
