Ingredients
- 4-6 loin PORK CHOPS
- 1 T. CANOLA OIL
- 1/2 can SAUERKRAUT
- 3 ONIONS, sliced
- 3 POTATOES, sliced
- 3 CARROTS, sliced
- 1/2 can SAUERKRAUT
- 1 C. WATER (or Apple Juice)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops in the oil.
Layer the remaining ingredients into the dutch oven on top of the chops as listed.
Bring to a boil....Cover pot and simmer on low for 1 hour
