Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 6 oz smoked or chipped beef (diced fine)
• 2 lbs cream cheese
• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 cup pickle relish
• 1/8 tsp Tabasco Sauce
• 1/4 tsp onion salt
• dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cream all ingredients together. Be sure they are mixed well. Roll in grated pecans.
