  • 1 1 1 cup diced veggies of your choice
  • 4 4 4 egg whites
  • Spices of your choice
  • Store leftover muffins covered in refrigerator.
  • 30 two muffins in microwave for 30 seconds for breakfast during the week and enjoy!

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray. Combine ingredients and pour mixture into tins.


Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving
