Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box white Duncah Hines cake mix
• 3 tsp self rising flour
• 1 cup oil
• 1 box strawberr jello
• 1/2 pkg frozen strawberries
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup water (milk)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Icing
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 stick butter (do not melt; cream only)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, flour, jello, vanilla, oil, eggs, milk; mix well, 2 minutes or more. Strawberry, beat until fluffy. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Icing
Cream butter; add sugar. Add vanilla, stir in strawberries. Ice cool cake.
