Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups carrotes
- 1 1/3 cups oil ( I use less)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- preheat oven to 350

Step 1
Oil and flour bundt pan
Mix all ingredients together, pour into pan,
Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
frosting:
1 1/2 lb confectioners sugar
12 oz cream cheese
mix together and frost cake when cooled.
