Baked Artichoke and Spinach Dip WW

  • 15 oz can artichoke hearts, without oil, rinsed, drained, chopped
  • 10 oz chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz plain, lowfat greek yogurt
  • 4 oz lowfat cream cheese
  • 1/4 C mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except parmesan. Pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top and bake until bubbly. About 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.
