Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized raw sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/4" thick slices
- 8 bonesless, skinless chicken thighs
- 8-oz jar orange marmalade
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place sweet potato slices into slow cooker
2. Rinse and dry chicken pieces. Arrange on top of the potatoes
3. Spoon marmalade over the chicken and potatoes
4. Pour water over all. Season with salt & pepper
5. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour and then turn to Low and cook 4-5 hours or until potatoes and chicken are both tender.
