Ingredients
- 1-2 #s peeled crawfishh tails or shrimp
- 1-2 stick butter
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small pod garlic
- 1/2 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 3 ribs clelery
- 2-3 medium onions- chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 green onions
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch or parsley, salt, red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute, bell pepper, garlic, and celelery in butter. Add tomatoes. Cook for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
Add lemon juice, parsely, salt, red pepper, cream of celery soup and seafood.
Cook about 15 minutes.
