Easy Ruhbarb Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 4 cups ruhbarb
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cake mix in 9 X 13 cake pan.
Sprinkle ruhbarb over mix.
Sprinkle sugar over ruhbarb
Pour whippin cream over top.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until done.
