  • 4 pasteurized egg yolks
  • 400 ml of whole milk
  • 2 tbsp of golden syrup
  • 250 g of frozen raspberries
  • 2/3 cup of sugar

Heat up the milk and add in the white chocolate, stir until it is melted and then take it of the heat.

Beat egg yolks and sugar together until it has a creamy consistency. Then add the condensed milk, extract, seeds, chocolatemix and syrup. Stir it all together well, if necessary, use a whisk. Get it all in an ice cream machine and run the ice cream until it’s done. 30-60 minutes. It should have 50 minutes in my machine. Then you have a delicious flavorful ice. Put the ice cream in a box and freeze down until use.
