Strawberry Delight

Also can use Raspberry's. Favorite Frozen desert.

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1/2 C Butter melted
• 1/4 C Brown sugar packed
• 1 C Flour
• 1/2 C chopped walnuts
• Filling:
• 1 pckg frozen stawberries
• 2 egg whites
• 1 C sugar
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 pt. whip cream whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix topping ingredients and put into oblong pan. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. When brown press 1/2 of mixture down in bottom of cake pan leaving other half for top of desert.

Filling: place strawberries, egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat for 20 min. Fold in whipped cream and pour into dish over crust. Top with crumbs. Refridgerate overnight.
