Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons miso
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups cooked edamame or peas
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée until relatively smooth. For a thinner consistency, add another tablespoon of vinegar or water.
