Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cup (8oz) finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
  • 3 tsp cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup bourbon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine wafers, cocoa & salt. Mix in nuts, syrup and bourbon, blending well. Dust hands with sugar and shape with large melon ball. Let stand, uncovered, one hour. Roll in sugar. Store in tightly covered container for 3 days.
