Ingredients
- 6 cups rice crispy cereal
- 3 Tbsp. butter {I used salted}
- 40 regular-size marshmallows {or 4 cups miniature marshmallows}
- 16 oz. white melting chocolate {I use Candiquik}
- Sprinkles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Pour rice krispy cereal into a large bowl.
3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
4. Add marshmallows and stir until there are only a 5-6 lumps left; remove from heat.
5. Add cereal and stir well until coated.
6. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
7. Let cool and then cut into 1-inch squares.
8. Melt chocolate according to package directions.
9. Using a fork, dip your krispy treats into the melted chocolate, fully coat, and place on wax paper.
10. Top with sprinkles while chocolate is still melted.
11. Let chocolate harden and enjoy.
