Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 can vegetable broth
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute celery until golden. Add broth. Boil gently for 3 to 4 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper. Boil 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in with rice and serve.
