Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • Chicken on bone
  • fresh parsley
  • 3 or more cans chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Soak cut up chicken in salt water for 1/2 hour
Put cut up chicken in large pot with enough water to completely cover. Add salt and pepper and fresh bunch of parsley tided together. When it starts to boil, lower to a simmer and cook chicken for about 1 1/2 hours.

Remove chicken from pot and let cool. Strain chicken water threw strainer to remove all bones and other things. Put this liquid back in big pot and add three cans or more of chicken broth.

Take off all chicken from bone and shred he chicken and put it back in pot. When it reaches a boil add a bag of noodles and cook according to directions on package
