Ingredients

  • 1 lb Stew meat
  • 2 1/2 lb potatos pealed and cut up
  • 2 cans tomato sauce plus water from tomato sauce cans
  • 1 box frozen peas and carrots
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in oil. Put in large corning ware pot and add potatos, tomato sauce, water peas carrots and salt and pepper. Stir together and cover with lid.
Cook at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours
