Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 13 3/4-ounce cans beef brother

Preparation

Step 1

Rub large bowl with garlic clove. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well to blend. Chill several hours. Serve with croutons and additional chopped vegetables.
