Brown Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cup very warm water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Add 2 tbsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 10 cup brown flour (1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 2 ingredients together.

Add yeast to first 4 cups of flour.

Add remaining ingredients to wet mixture.

Knead and rise a couple of times, form into loafs and let rise in pans until double size.

Bake @ 350* for 40 minutes
