Ingredients

  • 4 C Clamato Juice
  • 2 C V-8 Tomato Juice
  • 1/3 C Oil
  • 1/3 C Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t Tabasco
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 3-4 ripe Tomatoes
  • 3 T Parsley
  • 2-3 Cucumbers, diced
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Medium Sweet Onion, chopped
  • Jalapenos to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

If using fresh tomatoes, put them in the food processor (or blender) first and blend quickly. Add all other ingredients and give it a turn or two in processor depending on what consistency you prefer.

If using canned tomatoes, put oil and vinegar in first and blend, then add all other ingredients and barely blend.

Best made a day or two before serving as flavors blend.
