Rare is the woman who can climb into bed and fall asleep instantly. This comforting apple-cinnamon yogurt is an easy treat that boasts carbohydrates, which have a calming, drowsiness-inducing effect and lots of flavor.
Place the apple and walnuts in a microwavable bowl.
Top with the honey and cinnamon.
Microwave on high power for 1 minute or until warmed.
Top with the yogurt.
