Ingredients
- 40 graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. cool whip
- 2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 (12 oz) cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup confectioners sugar and butter together in a bowl; press into a 9x13 pan.
Whisk cream cheese, cool whip and 2 cups confectioners sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over graham cracker crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least an hour.
