You can substitute coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese for the pepperoni in this recipe, but I like to add some cheddar along with the pepperoni. Delish!

Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, finely chopped
- 2 Tbls sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg Rapid Rise Yeast
- 2 Tbls margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Set aside 1 cup of flour. Mix remaining flour and other dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir margarine and water into dry mixture. Mix in only enough reserved flour to make a very thick batter. Cover, let rest 10 minutes. Turn batter into greased pan. Cover, let rise in warm place until double, about 30-45 minutes. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
