Ingredients
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 c pureed mango
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 T rum
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation
Step 1
. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
. In a 8x13 inch baking pan over medium heat, mix the sugar and lemon juice, cook and stir until caramelized
. Remove from heat and blend in mango, sweet condensed milk, cornstarch, rum, evaporated milk, eggs, salt
. Place pan in bainmarie, (WATER BATH) water should come to 1/3 to 1/2 the sides of the baking pan
. Bake 45 minutes or until firm, cool before inverting, keep chilled
