Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- crushed up corn flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee onion and 1 stick butter until onion is tender. Mix all ingredients together except for the corn flakes and 2 TBS of butter. Pour into a 9 by 13 greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and place crushed corn flake s on top. Drizzle 2 TBS of melted butter over cereal. Bake for another 20 to 30 mins. Let stand for 10 to 15 mins before serving.
