Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup half n half
- 2 tbl balsalmic vinegar
- 1 tbl. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 2 lb cabbage (1 Head) cored and thinly sliced (8 cups)
- 5 oz blue cheese crumbled
- 2 small carrots coarsely grated (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbl chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

Step 1
Whisk together mayo, sour cream, half n half, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne in a small bowl until combined. Add cabbage, blue cheese, carrot, onion and parsley to dressing and toss to coat.
