Marinade for Pork

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 cup orange marmalade
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well, then add meat
Pork 4-6hrs
Beef 4-8 hrs
Fish 1/2 hr
Chicken 4-6 hrs
