Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
  • 1 packet dry pink lemonade kool-aid
  • 1/2 teaspoon raspberry extract
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

In a large glass bowl, melt the white chips with the condensed milk. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until melted and smooth, stirring between each burst.
Step 2
Stir in the kool-aid powder until completely dissolved. Stir in the raspberry extract. Pour into a parchment lined 8x8" pan and smooth the top. Chill at least 2 hours.
Step 3
Remove fudge from the paper and cut into squares. Melt the white chocolate in a small glass bowl in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Pour into a plastic baggie and snip off the very end. Carefully squeeze the bag to drizzle chocolate over the fudge. If adding sprinkles, only drizzle 5 pieces at a time so you can sprinkle before the chocolate sets.
Store in a sealed container.
Freezes well!
