Step 1

In saucepan combine 1/4 c butter, 1/4 c sugar, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c whipping cream and cook until sugar is disolved. Cool about 20 minutes. Stir in 2/3 c powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
