Pretzels Seasoned (Mary Lynn's recipe)

By

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Oil
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing (3/4 oz. size)
  • 2 tea. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tea. dill week
  • 3 lb. pretzels
  • SMALLER BATCH
  • 1 bag pretzels (20 oz)
  • 4 oz. popcorn oil
  • 1/3 of a ranch dressing mix**
  • 1/3 of a Snak King Green Onion Dip Mix**
  • 3/4 tea. dill weed**
  • 1 tea. Garlic powder**
  • I mixed up all of the ranch dressing mix, onion dip mix, garlic powder and dill weed in a ziplock bag. There were a total of 18 teaspoons. I used 2 Tablespoons (6 tea.) per one 20 oz. bag of pretzels. Turned out great.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients together and then pour over pretzels in a VERY large bowl (I used a 13 gal. white garbage bag). Stir several times during the evening. Let sit overnight. (make after dinner).

In the morning stir again and put into gal. ziplock freezer bags. Keeps several weeks (or longer in the freezer).

Costco has 6 lb. bags of pretzels for about $4.00. (double batch)
