Ingredients

  • 1/2 small jalapeño or 1/2 tap chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 2 TBS fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tap lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tap salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 14 OZ can petite diced tomatoes, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse jalapeño, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor until minced, about 5 pulses, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Add tomatoes and pulse until roughly chopped, about 2 pulses. Serve
