Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, then spoon onto the lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 5 minutes, then bake for 9-10 minutes.
