Ingredients
- Make 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tbspns mayonnaise
- 1 chopped shallot
- 1 tspn. white wine vinegar or can use Tarragon white wine vinegar
- 1 tbspn chopped tarragon
- salt and pepper
- Rye bread
- sliced cucumbers or pickles
Preparation
Step 1
Hard boil and cool the eggs
Peel and chop roughly
mix with the mayo, vinegar, shallot, tarragon, salt and pepper
toast the bread.
Serve with sliced cucumbers or pickles
