Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 (16-oz.) can creamed corn
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (4.5-oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 (12-oz.) box Jiffy® cornbread mix
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking or casserole dish with vegetable
oil; pour mixture into your prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cornbread crust is golden
brown.
