Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots or 1 pound frozen
  • sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except cornstarch into a saucepan and bring sauce to a
boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots
are tender.
Add cornstarch, stirring constantly. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken; serve.
